Warm & Cool Inserts

Aid your postpartum recovery with Baremum's warm and cool inserts. These reusable inserts can be placed across the lower abdomen region or over a c-section site inside briefs to allow for relief and comfort to sensitive areas. 

Made with naturally derived ingredients and real botanicals, they can used warm (to increase blood flow and soften the perineum during labour and for relief from aches, pain and cramps after birth) or cool (for relief from swelling, irritation and inflammation after birth). 

It can also be reused following birth for pelvic or back pain, haemorrhoids, vulvar varicosities, prolapse, and PMS.

How to use: 
To Cool freeze for 1 hour or submerge in icy water.
To Heat microwave for 10 seconds (or additional 5 second increments until desired temperature is achieved) or submerge in hot water.
