Shipping + Returns
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping may sometimes be affected by external factors such as postal service problems that are out of our control.
Our orders are fulfilled from Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, however please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive when using standard shipping or up to 5 working days for the express shipping option.
We do not guarantee your parcel will arrive within a set time frame and the above is a guide only.
If you wish to receive your order by a certain date please get in touch with us to discuss this possibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking details for your parcel. It is the buyers responsibility to track the delivery.
All parcels require a signature on delivery unless requested otherwise.
When an authority to leave is requested by you at checkout, you acknowledge that mini minimalists will not be liable in any way for a loss or damage to your parcel once delivery has been made.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Delivery: 2-8 business days, flat rate of $9.95.
Express Delivery: 1-4 business days, flat rate of $15
Bulky Goods: 3-13 business days, rates calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
Standard Delivery: 6-27 business days, flat rate of $20.
Bulky Goods: 6-27 business days, rates calculated at checkout.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please send us an email at hi@miniminimalists.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note - some items cannot be returned such as teethers due to hygiene reasons.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
