Sitz Bath Salts

A soothing blend of epsom salts, coconut milk and natural herbs to help with your postpartum recovery, providing relief from soreness, itching and swelling. Best for tender vulvas, swollen and/or torn perineums, and haemorrhoids. Formulated for sensitive skin and can be used for the entire body if a bath is desired.  

How to use: 
1. Fill tub or sitz bath with 1.5L of lukewarm water (or enough to cover affected area) and pour three capfuls in. 
2. Once dissolved, gently sit in the solution for 10-20 minutes. 
3. Use once daily or as desired. A single jar is designed to last one week.
