Perineal Wash Bottle

Bare Mum have designed an easy to use and mess free, perineal wash bottle to help soothe and relieve the sting of urine postpartum. Make your recovery more comfortable with a bottle that gently and effective cleanses your vulva, perineum or vagina without any pressure!  

How to use: 
1. Fill bottle with lukewarm water or for soothing relief, add natural sitz bath salts to the water. 
2. Extend nozzle firmly, screw cap on securely, invert bottle and aim the tip towards affected area. 
3. Gently squeeze bottle to start spraying water. Pat dry if needed.
