Breast Warm & Cool Inserts
Breastfeeding can come with challenges. To help you support your breastfeeding journey, Bare Mum have designed Warm and Cool inserts made from naturally derived ingredients and real botanicals to help you with yours!
They are reusable and relieve any discomfort associated with breastfeeding. Used warm to assist with milk production and let down and cool for relief from engorgement + swelling.
How to use:
To Cool freeze for 1 hour or submerge in icy water.
To Heat microwave for 10 seconds (or additional 5 second increments until desired temperature is achieved) or submerge in hot water.

Care:
- Wipe down with cloth.
- Handwash and dry thoroughly before next use.
Please note: Always test temperature before application. Do not use directly on the skin. Do not use for longer periods than 20 minutes at a time. Wait until the skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying.
