All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking details.

We use shipping carriers/providers such as AusPost and Sendle to deliver your packages from Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Please be aware that shipping may sometimes be affected by external factors such as postal service problems that are out of our control.

We encourage you to stay updated with your parcel delivery through the tracking number provided in the email. Where your package is delayed or has been lost during transit, we are happy to contact the shipping carriers to understand the cause however, cannot take responsibility and are not liable for compensation.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, however please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive when using standard shipping or up to 5 working days for the express shipping option.

We do not guarantee your parcel will arrive within a set time frame and the above is a guide only.

If you wish to receive your order by a certain date please get in touch with us to discuss this possibility.

For orders that have the incorrect address inputted, customers will be charged $9.95 for standard postage for redelivery.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking details for your parcel. It is the buyers responsibility to track the delivery.

All parcels require a signature on delivery unless requested otherwise.

When an authority to leave is requested by you at checkout, you acknowledge that mini minimalists will not be liable in any way for a loss or damage to your parcel once delivery has been made.

Standard Delivery (no signature): 2-8 business days, flat rate of $9.95

Express Delivery: Flat fee $15 and 1-4 business days.

Bulky Goods: 3-13 business days, rates calculated at checkout.

nz shipping.

Standard Delivery: 6-27 business days, flat rate of $25.

Bulky Goods: 6-27 business days, rates calculated at checkout.

international shipping.

Standard Delivery: 6-27 business days, flat rate of $50AUD.
